Our courses start with foundational knowledge (Knowledge Nibbler, Caterpillar), then move into deeper introspection and growth (Insight Cocoon), and finally, help you apply and customize these skills to your life (Butterfly of Growth).
You can access additional coaching support for Insight and Growth by in-house group or individual coaching.
