4. Payment and Refund Policies

1. Course Refunds
   • Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
   • After 24 hours, no refunds are issued regardless of usage.
   • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed to original accounts within 20 working days.
2. Coaching and Therapy Refunds
   • Individual Sessions:
     • 100% refund if canceled ≥24 hours before the session.
     • 50% refund if canceled 8–24 hours before the session.
     • No refund if canceled within 8 hours of the session.
   • Group Sessions
     • No refunds due to reserved nature of group spots.
     • Participants may join ongoing sessions if a spot becomes available.
   • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed to original account within 20 working days.
3. Payment Methods
   • Payments are made via third-party payment processors.
   • My Mental Health School does not store your payment details.
4. Automatic Renewals
   • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
   • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings.

5. User Obligations
