3.3 Institution Version of My Mental Health School Services

Organizations such as enterprises, schools, universities, trusts, hospitals, clinics, research institutions, or other public or private entities (“Institution(s)”) may introduce My Mental Health School Services to their employees, patients, or members. These Institutions may also customize My Mental Health School Services, add or replace certain elements, or integrate their own services within the platform (“Institution Version of My Mental Health School Services”). In such cases, the Institution’s terms and privacy policies shall also apply to your use of My Mental Health School Services.

3.4 License to Use My Mental Health School Services

Subject to this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use My Mental Health School Services for your personal use only and as permitted by the features of the Services. My Mental Health School reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the platform, Services, and any content provided therein.

3.5 Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including laws related to mental health, data protection, and online content.

4. Payment and Refund Policies

4.1 Course Refunds

Refunds for courses are available if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage.

4.2 Coaching and Therapy Refunds

  • Individual coaching/therapy: A 100% refund is available if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the session, a 50% refund if canceled within 8 to 24 hours, and no refund if canceled within 8 hours.
  • Group coaching/therapy: No refunds are available due to the reserved nature of group spots. Participants may join ongoing sessions if a spot becomes available.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments for Services can be made via the payment methods available on our platform. All transactions are securely processed using third-party payment processors, and we do not store payment information.

5. User Obligations

As a user of My Mental Health School, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using our Services, including but not limited to laws related to data protection, privacy, and intellectual property.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
